Jit's story
When my son started elementary school, I noticed something that worried me. He was learning reading and math, but the skills that would help him succeed in life—confidence, collaboration, resilience—weren’t being developed intentionally from the start. I saw the same pattern in other children, and I knew this gap could affect their future career and life opportunities.
That experience lit a fire in me. I left my corporate career and poured my energy into creating UNYTUS, a program that helps schools build these critical life and career readiness skills starting in kindergarten. Every time I see a child stand taller, speak up with confidence, or approach a challenge with curiosity, I know this work matters. My passion is giving every child—regardless of their background—the foundation they need to grow into capable, confident, and future-ready adults.
