Mujeres Unidas Group's story
The “Mujeres Unidas” group has worked with the Fundación Paraguaya for several years, consolidating a collaborative space between entrepreneurial women who share values of solidarity, commitment and continuous improvement. The members of the group are aware of the responsibility that comes with being a part of a group, especially with respect to punctual payments and mutual aid. They all share the objective of strengthening their group, improving their businesses and advancing towards a better quality of life for themselves and their families.
Silvia Liz is one of the members. From her home, she makes made to order snacks, a business activity she carries out with care and dedication. Thanks to the loan she received, she could buy essential supplies like flour, meat and flour which allowed her to improve the quality of her products and serve her customers more efficiently. This investment was key to strengthening her culinary business and increasing her family income.
