Liz manages Kiva's Review and Translation Program, developing the online volunteer corps that provides pre-publication translation, editing, and review of Kiva loans. With volunteers around the globe, the program aims to create meaningful involvement among its community of translators and editors as they lend their support to Kiva's partnerships. Prior to joining Kiva Liz had a career in book publishing, working most recently as Senior Editor at Little, Brown and Company. Liz has taught English in Thailand, served as a Kiva Fellow in Armenia, and traveled extensively in Southeast Asia, Europe, and parts of the Middle East. She holds a Masters in English Literature from Stanford University.
