This fall we are excited to announce two open intern positions with Kiva! We are looking for immediate volunteer placements in our RTT (Translation and Editing Program) and KFP (Kiva Fellows) programs starting October 1st or sooner. Below are descriptions and links to the two open volunteer positions:
RTT Volunteer Position: Apply below!
As a volunteer intern with the Kiva Translation and Editing Program, you will play a critical role in bringing on new volunteers and supporting the growth of Kiva’s volunteer programs. You will be the first face of Kiva to new volunteers, and will help welcome them and provide information about Kiva’s volunteer teams. You are a self-starter who loves interacting with a wide range of people, are exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, and you love to learn.
This is an ideal position for someone fresh out of school and looking to gain practical office experience.
KFP Volunteer Position: Apply below!
The Kiva Fellows Program, which has deployed over 150 people all over the world for a rare opportunity to witness microfinance firsthand, is seeking someone to help with current processes, such as responding to applicant inquiries, maintaining records, vetting applications, conducting reference checks and helping to organize quarterly training events. You must be highly detail oriented and comfortable working in an office.
Qualified applicants must be willing to start immediately.
This is an exciting position, as the Fellows Program is extremely reputable, so it's important that we get candidates that are interested but also okay doing the nitty-gritty work.
If you are interested in either of these great positions, apply using the links above. Do you know someone who may be interested? Please help us by sending these two descriptions out to your friends, families, and networks and encouraging them to apply!
