A loan helped to buy chickens, feed, and medicine for the chickens.

Leonela Katherine's story

Leonela Katherine and her family live in the La Sequita parish of Montecristi, a community of hardworking people, mostly dedicated to handicrafts and the sale of their products, with which they manage to support their families.

She is a hardworking woman who seeks a way to earn her living and, with it, help her husband get by. She raises chickens. She buys these small animals, keeps them for a time until they reach a suitable weight, and then sells them to local merchants and neighbors by the pound or whole, depending on what customers ask for. This is how she manages to earn a decent living. This is thanks to the help of loans. For this, she is very grateful and asks for continued support.

This loan is to buy chickens, food, and medicine for the chickens.
