Alice's story

Alice is 50 years old, from Liberia. She lives with her partner and has 2 children who are currently in school. Alice runs a food market selling dried fish, plantains, eddoes, red oil, rice etc. She had been operating her sales for the past ten years. She learned how to sell by herself and has no problem with her business. She uses a motorcycle to transport supplies to her business site and sells Monday through Saturday. To maintain her sales, Alice applied for a loan to buy more dried fish, plantains, eddoes, red oil, rice to sell to meet her customers’ demands. She is proud of her business because it sends her children to school. Alice dream for the future is to build houses. She wishes to say thanks.
