A loan of $4,725 helps a member to purchase products to stock her store such as beverages, bread, canned goods, meat, and more.

San Blas Group's story

The group named San Blas was formed by the union of friends and neighbors from the city of Ybycuí who seek the way to be able to improve their quality of life and that of their loved ones. They are in their 9th loan cycle in the women's committee program.

Dolly is one of them and works in sales. She has a store in which she works every day and which, with great effort, she was able to begin. She says that the crisis that the world is experiencing, due to the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic, has prevented her from being able to work normally and generate the means to be able to help her family and, with this, there have been consequences in her sales.

She asks for this loan to purchase products to stock her store and, in this way, to be able to invest in it again and, in this way, get it back on its feet.

Note: There is only one person in the photo, but this is a group loan. A group photo was not possible to prevent the gathering of people due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
